We’ve got lot of new and upcoming projects, but we’d also like to keep you updated on some things that we’ve been working on for a while now. Our work with the Ellendale Community started 7 years ago and is still going strong. The community has taken shape and new homes are still being added all the time. Our most recent work with the Ellendale Community included townhouse pad installation. We still have some upcoming projects that need to be worked on in this community including:
- Water
- Sewer
- Storm Management Ponds
One of the reasons that we’re so excited to work with the Ellendale Community to get these homes set up is because Baldwin Homes works within the community. One of the most recent model homes added to the Ellendale Community, The Philips Model, is a home design that is extremely environmentally conscious and green. Baldwin has made a name for themselves as a great green home designer and they’ve continued on in that same vein with The Philips Model. It boasts the following features:
