Reliable will soon begin site development work for Building 17 at the Annapolis Towne Centre as a subcontractor for Chesapeake Contracting Group Inc. Reliable’s portion of the work will entail full site development, including clearing and excavation for our Utility department to install sewer, water, and storm drain modifications. A new bioretention pond will also be installed as well as new erosion control layout. Our Paving and Concrete teams will take care of installing new pavement and concrete work to complete the project.
Another noteworthy project coming up is C Street Flats in Laurel for Hamel Builders. The work is being done to rehabilitate an existing commercial property. Reliable’s portion will include existing pavement and concrete removal, sediment control installation, storm drain, water and sewer modifications, and the reinstallation of concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter.
Our paving department will be taking on some road rehabilitation in the coming month in a private residential community in Jessup. Working around existing homes and driveways requires strategic planning so as to keep the interruption of the daily lives of the residents to a minimum. This task can be challenging but our crews always manage to find a way around obstacles while keeping the integrity of the pavement work intact. en.sexlviv.com
